Village Board members voted to re-subdivide the remaining two vacant lots in Rose Plaza (Renwick & Weber) into three lots. One of these lots has already been purchased for the construction of the Dog Haus gourmet sausage and hamburger restaurant.

“Pairing things down into three smaller lots makes the area more appealing for incoming business development,” explained Mayor Noak.

Dog Haus is a fast-casual concept, designed to elevate the hot dog and burger-eating experience. It will serve up quality meals within the contemporary aesthetic of a modern industrial space. After ordering at the counter, diners will be able to grab a barstool at the communal tables, take a bench seat at one of the reclaimed wood and steel tables, or step outside to the welcoming patio. Dog Haus' full menu includes gourmet dogs, sausages, burgers, a one of a kind fried chicken sandwich, sides, premium shakes as well as beer and wine.
