[ARCHIVED] Metal Monkey Releases Special Brew for RomeoFest

RomeoPils

Metal Monkey Brewing has released a special brew just in time for RomeoFest! “RomeoPils” is a traditional German Pilsner described as crisp, clean, bright and refreshing.

Brewed in-house at their Romeoville location, RomeoPils will be one of six different Metal Monkey beers available at the Fest, 8/3-8/6 at Deer Crossing Park, 1050 W. Romeo Rd. Their other offerings will include a Belgian Witbier, Pale Ale, IPA, Passionfruit Gose and Chocolate & Cherry Stout.

“RomeoFest is a great way to advertise some of our newer businesses.  Metal Monkey continues to be a great community partner,” said Mayor John Noak.

Metal Monkey is located at 515 Anderson Drive, just off Rt 53 & Montrose Drive, and currently has 16 house made draft beers available in their taproom.  Stop in on Saturday, August 12th for their special barrel-aged bottle release (with Gnarly Knots Pretzel Truck) @ 3:00pm, and live band @ 7:00pm!  For more info on more upcoming events, taproom hours, and to see their current draft list visit www.metalmonkeybrewing.com
