White Oak Library presents Holiday Petit Fours & Sweets with Chef Susan Maddox

Spend an evening with Chef Susan Maddox as she creates mouth watering holiday treats that are easy enough for you to recreate at home when entertaining guests. Discover wHOO makes Will County home! Learn about owls and their unique adaptations. Get tips on what to look and listen for while owling and then go on a hike in search of our feathered friends. Join us at the Romeoville Branch Library on the second Tuesday evening of each month for a lively book discussion, beer/wine/pop and some snacks. This month's book is One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez. García Márquez shares the story of a seven-generation family, whose history is interwoven with magic, fantasy, and mystery. This book will be available one month prior to the discussion and can be picked up at the Romeoville Branch Library's Adult Services Desk and will be due back one week after the book club date.
