[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Vaccination Registry for Homebound Residents

Homebound Residents

The Village of Romeoville just completed a 3-day Vaccination clinic in which 1,000 residents were vaccinated. There is still a need however to administer the vaccine to homebound residents, thus a Vaccination Registry was created.

Any homebound residents who have a Romeoville mailing address that want the COVID-19 vaccine should fill out the Vaccination Registry form. Someone from the Romeoville Fire Department will contact the person completing the form to schedule a day/time to visit the resident and administer the vaccine.

Homebound persons include those that need the help of another person or medical equipment such as crutches, a walker, or a wheelchair to leave their home, or their medical provider believes that their health or illness could get worse if they leave their home, and they typically do not leave their home.

If you have any questions, call the Romeoville Fire Department at (815) 886-7227.
