This free 12-week program allows participants to get to know the members of the Police Dept. better and to understand why Officers make the decisions they do. The first class begins on March 9, 2021, 6:30-9:30 p.m. Applications are due by March 2nd.

Topics include: Gangs, Criminal/Traffic Law, Traffic stops, Firearms safety, K-9 unit & more! Students must be 18 years of age. Priority will be given to Romeoville residents. The class runs each Tuesday for 12 weeks. 

Due to COVID, masks will be required and the class size is limited to 10 participants so we can maintain social distancing in the classroom environment.

Applications can be picked up/dropped off at the Romeoville Police Department, 1050 W. Romeo Rd. or mailed. Or you can fill out the PDF here, print it out and bring it to the Romeoville Police Department. Applications are due by 3/2/21.
