As of May 1, Romeoville residents living in single family homes and townhouses will be able to dispose of household materials like paint, motor oil, electronics & more. The “At Your Door Special Collection” program will be carried out by Waste Management. 

To dispose of home-generated special materials and to schedule a collection at your home, contact Waste Management in one of these two ways:

• Go to www.wmatyourdoor.com and fill out a request form.

• Call (800) 449-7587 during the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST Monday through Friday.

Waste Management will then send the resident a disposal bag to put the materials in and instructions on where to leave it for pickup.

As of May 1, 2019, the Village will no longer offer electronic recycling at Public Works.

A list of acceptable materials for this program can be found at www.wmatyourdoor.com. Ammunition, explosives, asbestos, tires, or any materials in unlabeled or leaking containers will not be collected.
