[ARCHIVED] Romeoville Police Free Youth Mentoring Summer Basketball Program

RPD Youth Athletic Club

The Romeoville Police Department is sponsoring a FREE Youth Mentoring Summer Basketball Program for ages 9-11 on Wednesdays, June 12 – July 17, 2019. Applications are due May 3, 2019.

The program is offered at the Recreation Center, 900 W. Romeo Rd. on Wednesdays, June 12 – July 17, 2019
Session 1: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. or Session 2: 1 - 3 p.m.
Session time preferences are not guaranteed and are based on availability.


RPD officers will be present as mentors to participants, helping to shape them into outstanding citizens while building character and strengthening basketball skills. This is a great opportunity to make friends, refine your basketball skills and play basketball in a safe, controlled and drug-free environment.
