Dale Blum Jr., Dale Blum Sr. and the late Bud Watters were inducted as the first three members of the Romeoville Football & Cheerleading Hall of Fame on 9/9. Watters & Blum Sr. founded the program in ཽ while Blum Jr. presided over its revival in ྞ.
“All of Romeoville should be proud to have individuals like these three in our community,” remarked Mayor Noak. “They took the time to create a high caliber program for our kids that not only teaches them the basics of football and cheerleading, but also life lessons like hard work, commitment, and good sportsmanship.”
