Winter is upon us and temperatures can be frigid. Please keep in mind with extreme weather conditions, warming centers are available at the Recreation Center, 900 West Romeo Road from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. After 9:30 p.m., the warming center will be at Fire Station No. 3 at 698 Birch Drive. If a warming center is needed after 9:30 p.m., we ask residents to contact the Police Department at 815-886-7219 prior to proceeding to the warming center.
