This free 12-week program allows participants to get to know the members of the Police Dept. better and to understand why Officers make the decisions they do. Topics include: Gangs, Criminal/Traffic Law, Traffic stops, Firearms safety, K-9 unit & more!
Students must be 18 years of age. Priority will be given to Romeoville residents. The class runs each Tuesday for 12 weeks. Applications are due by August 26, 2016. The first class begins on September 13, 2016. Class time is 6:30-9:30 p.m. Applications can be picked up/dropped off at the Romeoville Police Department, 1050 W. Romeo Rd. or mailed.
