February is all about celebrating fitness together at Fit 4 Life!
This month, we’re putting a fun spin on Valentine’s Day with PALentine’s Day, because everything is better with a workout buddy.
From February 7–14, members can bring a PAL for free to the Fit 4 Life Fitness Center, and all month long you can bring a PAL for free to any group fitness class.
Whether you’re lifting, stretching, or sweating it out side by side, it’s the perfect way to share the Fit 4 Life experience.
