Mayor Noak Appointed to 2022 National League of Cities Committee

Mayor Noak

Mayor Noak has once again been appointed to the National League of Cities (NLC) Transportation and Infrastructure Services Federal Advocacy Committee. The 56 member committee, made up of municipal leaders from all over the country, will provide strategic direction and guidance for NLC’s federal advocacy agenda and policy priorities.

“Transportation and infrastructure is something I am very passionate about,” said Mayor Noak. “I am honored to represent the people of Romeoville and our region on the committee and I look forward to another year.”

“NLC’s federal advocacy committees are a key tool for gathering insights directly from the communities that our members serve,” said NLC President Mayor Vince Williams of Union City, Georgia. “I am excited to have Mayor Noak serve on the Transportation and Infrastructure Services Federal Advocacy Committee and look forward to working with him to fulfill the promise of America’s cities, towns and villages.”
