The Village of Romeoville’s Neighbors Helping Neighbors program provides assistance to residents with the help of volunteers. Many individuals in our community, especially the elderly or physically challenged, cannot meet these basic needs without some help.
We are looking for volunteers, like you, who have the time to help someone else maintain their independence. Whether you have a few hours a month or a few hours a week, your help is needed. Volunteers must be of High School age or older.
For more information or if you would like to volunteer to help other neighbors, please contact Olivia Blomberg at 815-886-5636 or oblomberg@romeoville.org.
We hope you will join us in meeting this important community need. The rewards of volunteering are enormous and the new friendships you make will enrich your life.
