  1. Hydrant Flushing

    March 13, 2017, 7:30 AM - May 31, 2017, 5:30 PM

    Hydrant flushing will take place ( weather permitting ) Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. beginning March 13, 2017 and continuing until completion or May 31, 2017. Flushing will begin on the west side of Weber Road and progress eastward through town until completed or May 31, 2017. Flushing signage will be placed near the areas we are flushing on a daily basis to keep the public informed of our progress.

  1. Lewis University Easter Egg Hunt Event for Kids 10 and Under

    April 8, 2017, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Lewis University

    Families are invited to join the fun at the Lewis University Community Easter Egg Hunt. It is free and open to the public. The Easter Egg Hunt is offered for children, ages up to 10, and will be held on the University Green, rain or shine. Photos with the Easter Bunny will be available as well as a petting zoo, inflatables, art activities and an Easter egg decorating event. The Student Senate of Lewis University and recognized student organizations in partnership with Lewis University’s Office of Student Development and Leadership are coordinating the community event as part of the inauguration activities of Lewis University’s new president, Dr. David Livingston.

  1. Romeoville Police Department presents a Gun Buy-Back Program

    April 8, 2017, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Police Department

    Residents will be able to turn in firearms, "No Questions Asked." Citizens can remain anonymous and will not face any penalties for unlawful firearms. $60.00 cash will be paid on the spot for each weapon turned in. Visit Romeoville.org for more details.
