37. NAMING RIGHTS

    As the exclusive naming rights sponsor for the Romeoville Athletic & Events Center, your company will increase visibility, build brand awareness, and build a legacy within the Romeoville community.  With 948,000 visitors to the Romeoville Athletic & Event Center annually, and an average of 44,000 cars passing by along Rt 53 daily, you can expand your corporate reach while having a tremendous impact on the lives of Romeoville residents who utilize the facility year round.  Minimum five year contract includes Naming Ceremony and other negotiated benefits.

    There are four (4) permanent courts located in the South and North Gyms of the Romeoville Athletic & Event Center. Showcase your company’s logo on a vinyl floor decal that will be placed on the sideline on the courts. Visible to participants, spectators, and visitors of the Romeoville Athletic & Event Center year round.

    There are six (6) portable courts located over indoor soccer turf in the Field House of the Romeoville Athletic & Event Center. Visible to participants, spectators, and visitors of the Romeoville Athletic & Event Center from April 1 through November 1.

    Banner sponsorship opportunities are available the Romeoville Athletic & Event Center. Advertise you business/services/products on an 12’x12’ or 8’x8’ vinyl banner. The banner will be displayed in one of three areas in the facility: the Field House, North Gym, or South Gym.

    The Romeoville Athletic & Event Center has eight (7) digital screens located throughout the facility. Digital advertising opportunities are available that will get your brand in front of the estimated 948,000 visitors who come to the wide variety of sports and events hosted here annually. Whether you have a screen ready ad available for your company or you need one created we can help.

83. SHOOTING LAB SPONSORSHIP

    The Village of Romeoville is offering a Shooting Lab sponsorship opportunity at the Romeoville Athletic & Event Center. The Shooting Lab offers the opportunity for participants to improve their shot performance and skills, while specializing in sharp shooting. All while gathering analytical data that participant can use to further improve their shooting performance. The Shooting Lab program would be named after your company. Two options are available: 2-year or 4-year exclusive partnership.

89. OPPORTUNITY MATERS UNITY PICNIC SPONSORSHIP

    On August 10 we will be hosting the Opportunity Matters Unity Picnic at Discovery Park from 4:30pm-7:30pm. Our goal is to give each of the youth participants a backpack filled with school supplies. Your sponsorship will help provide our participants with an opportunity that matters.  This family friendly picnic will celebrate the Opportunity Matters program participants. The event will include entertainment, a basketball tournament, food, and more.
