NEW TIME! Parent & Tot Gymnastics Open GymParents can join their toddler as they run, jump, and tumble around with the help of gymnastics instructors. This two hour open gym time is not a structured class; you may come for the entire two hours or drop in as you see fit. Register at least 3 days prior to each open gym date. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you, or someone you know, has the Les Mills license or is interested in being trained, please contact us. In January our Fit 4 Life Fitness Center is adding 3 types of Les Mills classes: Body Pump, Body Attack and Body Flow.
