Romeoville Gives Final
Approval to Dog Haus

Corner of Weber & Renwick Taking Shape

Dog Haus

Dog Haus, the gourmet hot dog, sausage, and hamburger restaurant that is slated to be built on the corner of Weber Rd. and Renwick Rd. had their final building plans approved by the Village Board.

“We are looking forward to closing out the development of this particular corner,” stated Romeoville Mayor John Noak. “I know our residents are excited to have Dog Haus coming to the community.” Construction is anticipated for Spring 2019.

In addition to Dog Haus, the sign at that intersection will be reconstructed into a new gateway sign with three video billboards, which will allow for additional community announcements and advertisements. New landscaping enhancements will be installed around the sign.

Next spring, the village is also anticipating the development of the remaining two lots adjacent to Dog Haus. One of these lots has been purchased while the second is expected to close in the coming weeks. Further announcements will be coming when available.
