The first business to be located at the northwest corner of Renwick and Weber Roads has been announced by American Development Partners. Dog Haus, the Pasadena, CA based gourmet hot dog, sausage and burger concept has submitted development plans for their Romeoville location. Dog Haus and American Development Partners announced in 2016 the construction of over 300 new Dog Haus franchise locations in 12 states over the next seven years, making it one of the fastest growing food concepts in the United States. The Romeoville location will be operated by Goalz Restaurant Group, whose leaderships has more than 30 years of quick-service restaurant operations experience.
“It is encouraging to see additional restaurant opportunities along the Weber Road corridor. There are two lots remaining at this intersection. With the high traffic volume and the anticipated popularity of the Dog Haus, we anticipate the two remaining lots to develop quickly,” said Mayor Noak.

The fast-casual concept, designed to elevate the hot dog and burger-eating experience, will serve up its quality meals within the contemporary aesthetic of a modern industrial space. After ordering at the counter, diners will be able to grab a barstool at the communal tables, take a bench seat at one of the reclaimed wood and steel tables or step outside to the welcoming patio.
Dog Haus' full menu includes gourmet dogs, sausages, burgers, a one of a kind fried chicken sandwich, sides, premium shakes as well as beer and wine. Haus Dog creations feature signature all beef dogs served up on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls. Fan favorites include Sooo Cali, with wild arugula, avocado, tomato, crispy onions, and spicy basil aioli and Reservoir Hog, featuring a Polish kielbasa, haus chili, haus slaw and yellow mustard.
