Site work is underway on a 9,400 s.f. retail center at the northwest corner of IL Rte 53 and Alexander Cir. in front of the new Edward Hospital Athletic and Events Center. The developer is finalizing agreements with BMO Harris Bank. It is expected to be completed this Fall.
