The following Romeoville Schools have been closed. Please visit institution/district websites or contact the institutions directly for any further updates. 

Lewis University: Classes have been canceled starting 5 p.m. Tuesday. No classes Wednesday or Thursday. Normal schedule will resume Friday, February 1.
Joliet Junior College: The college will close 4 p.m. Tuesday and remain closed all day Wednesday and Thursday. All evening classes and activities are canceled.
Rasmussen College: The college will close Tuesday at 5 p.m. No school on Wednesday. Closure on Thursday remains pending on weather report.
Lockport Township High School: No after-school activities after 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday with only one activity bus running at 4:30. No school on Wednesday or Thursday and all after-school activities are also canceled.
Plainfield School District 202: All buildings will be closed beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday. No school Wednesday or Thursday. All after school activities are canceled. Normal operations and school resume on Friday, February 1.
Valley View School District 365U: All Valley View District 365U schools will close at 6 p.m. on Tuesday and remain closed on Wednesday and Thursday. All after-school activities are cancelled.
