Full Description

This program will cover all the cognitive objectives in all three modules of the OSFM B.O.F. curriculum, as well as performing and testing on all practical hands-on skills, including extensive live-fire evolutions. Students will receive repetitive practice, review, and testing on all aspects of the program. Students will also be expected to participate in daily physical fitness training to ensure peak performance. By graduation students will have completed all required classroom lectures & practical evolutions. The program will also include Hazardous Materials Operations, Technical Rescue Awareness, CPR certification, Fire Service Vehicle Operator, NIMS IC 100 & 700, and the “Courage to be Safe” program. The entire state exam for all courses will be given during the Academy.
